What is included in the proposed plans?
The plan design includes vendor/project records, tasks, renewal records and project invoice/payment balances. Growth adds shared ownership and a guided initial setup session; Team adds capacity. Hosted accounts, billing and automation allowances are not yet active.
What counts as a document?
The proposed allowance counts one email body or one attachment of up to five pages as one document credit. Each additional five-page block counts as another credit. An email body and its PDF attachment can therefore consume separate credits.
What happens if I exceed the allowance?
There are no automatic overage charges in this proposal. Capacity would be reviewed before upgrading. Higher volumes, migration work and ongoing managed review would be quoted separately. No annual commitment or annual discount is offered here.
Which plan should I consider?
Starter is aimed at an owner organizing a smaller vendor list. Growth is the proposed starting point for a small operations team. Team is intended for more users, vendors and documents.
