VENDO, EXPLAINED

What is Vendo?

Product information by AI-GAUR · Reviewed November 3, 2026.

Vendo is vendor management software in development by AI-GAUR. Its local prototype connects vendors, projects, tasks, reviewed invoices and receipt payments so owners can see recorded costs and pending balances. Agentic AI and Gmail import are planned features, not live integrations.

01 / Connect the work to the cost

One vendor. Multiple projects.
Every balance accounted for.

A website redesign and ongoing ad management shouldn’t become one mystery expense. Give each engagement its own clear view.

questions.

A clear view of the product, the boundaries, and what comes next.

Is Vendo ready to connect to my business?

Vendo is currently an early-stage product with a working local prototype. This site is an interactive marketing preview. Hosted accounts, Google connections, automatic imports and billing are not live. Request a demo to discuss fit and pilot readiness.

Can one vendor have several projects?

Yes. A vendor can have a website project, an ongoing maintenance service and advertising work. Each can have its own owner, tasks, budget and invoice/payment balance.

What if one invoice covers several services?

Split the invoice across projects and assign reviewed receipt payments to those portions. The shares must reconcile to the original amounts, so a shared invoice is not counted twice.

Will AI automatically mark an invoice paid?

The planned AI workflow suggests records and matches. An invoice alone is not payment evidence. Reviewed receipt allocations determine the recorded paid balance; that remains separate from bank reconciliation.

Does Vendo replace my accounting software?

No. It is designed to connect vendor work with its costs and next actions. It is not a general ledger, tax filing tool, bank reconciliation service or payment processor.

How will Gmail access work?

The planned connection uses user-authorized, read-only Gmail access. Sender and label filtering would limit what the importer processes, but Gmail's read permission itself is broader than those filters. Access, retention and document handling need to be agreed before a live pilot.

Can I put sensitive client or patient documents here?

No. This preview accepts no document uploads and uses fictional data. Do not enter patient information or confidential documents. Production security, permissions and any industry-specific requirements must be assessed before handling real sensitive data.
